About Us
Stonewater is a woman-owned and operated business. Our personnel has experience in both construction and management within 27 federally-funded programs.
Stonewater has more than 20 team members with vast institutional knowledge in construction and CDBG-DR reporting and administration.
Stonewater has developed a system whereby our project management team builds each project out on paper before work ever begins. Each day, the team gathers to ensure that the critical path items are addressed. The day is bookmarked at the end of the day as an accountability meeting. Between these bookend days, our team goes granular on each scope item, with detailed checklists and a cloud-based tracking system.
