About Us
The North Valley Community Foundation holds hundreds of individual funds, each embodying a community member's dream for a better world.
The NVCF has funds for animal welfare, the arts, community, disaster relief, education, environment, health & wellness, housing, international, youth, and COVID-19.
The NVCF also has the initiative called Thrive, which brings together a collaborative of people, organizations, and agencies committed to engaging in work surrounding the impact of childhood trauma across all generations. The purpose of the Thrive Initiative is to create opportunities for healing and support to help children and families truly thrive.
Other areas of the NVCF include opening a fund, wildfire relief, grantmaking, scholarships, and census needs.
