At Manzanita Environmental, client environmental risk management through proper due diligence is our North star, the principle guiding every business choice, with flexible services and timelines to fit every project.

Based out of Butte county in Paradise, California, the Manzanita Environmental due diligence experts have performed thousands of ESAs across all types of properties in California and across the United States.

Clients include commercial lenders, CDCs/EDCs, brokers, developers, investors, and legal reviews. We also conduct environmental services and reviews in support of government facilities and public right-of-ways.

With over 30 years in the field, David Copp, founder and environmental professional for Manzanita Environmental, has significant experience in distressed asset and pre-foreclosure due diligence. He has assessed numerous commercial and industrial properties nationwide during economic downturns since the early 1990s, working with various lenders, receivers, and attorneys to evaluate their asset risk.
