This workshop will cover the steps involved in creating or updating a strategic plan for your business. Special attention will be given to responding to the changing environment that has been created by the Camp Fire. All businesses in the region have been affected by this disaster, either directly or indirectly. Responding to changes of this magnitude can be challenging. This session will offer some tools for addressing these changes.
This workshop is presented in collaboration with SCORE, Team Chico and the Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce.
