Soroptimist Charity Golf Tournament

Press Release: Soroptimist International of Chico (SI Chico) is proud to announce their fourth annual golf tournament to be held on Monday, May 11th at Chico’s Canyon Oaks Country Club.

Soroptimist literally means “best for women.” Tournament proceeds enable the club to further their mission of empowering women and girls in the North State. Because of the success of the tournament, SI Chico awarded $14,900 in scholarships and $23,840 in community grants across Butte County last year. It is anticipated that approximately 100 area golfers will join Club members for the event.
