We have developed a comprehensive set of classes that will help new and existing managers examine what it means to be a manager and learn how to navigate common personnel issues. Through this series of courses, you can learn to become a more effective manager in today?s complex business environment. Classes consist of a mix of lecture and hands-on learning. After learning the principles of management, you will get an opportunity to immediately tackle common employment problems and practice your approach to managing others in a supportive learning environment.
