Toddler and Me: Stretch and Tumble @ Paradise Stronger

Ages: Walking to three years old.

This class is parent/guardian participation. Toddler stretching time can help ease the tension in muscles that will help with flexibility, muscle pain and even pain control related to growth and tightness. Toddlers who tumble will have excellent balance, coordination and confidence.
