About the Presenter: As Manager, People Solutions at Morrison, a Chico-based consulting firm, Jeff leverages his experience as a strategic advisor, information broker, social architect, and connector to help clients achieve their goals. He specializes in organizational and executive coaching, strategic planning, executive recruiting, and organizational development, applying strategic thinking and process consulting principles to his work. Additionally, Jeff teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Career Development, Entrepreneurship, Creativity & Innovation, Change Management, amongst others. Jeff has completed graduate work in Leadership Studies, Organizational Development, Career Development, and Education. He is certified in MBTI, Fierce Conversation, and Hogan Assessments.
