Jessica Henman Law About the Presenter: Jessica Henman, Jessica was born and raised in Chico, California. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School with Honors. Jessica then graduated from McGeorge School of Law in the top third of her class with a concentration in Business Law, as well as Tax Law. "There are a lot of things to consider when launching a new business. What type of entity should it be? What forms are necessary? Is this going to be a partnership? How do I even go about creating a partnership? I work hard to take the intimidation out of this experience by helping businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and other clients work through complex legal matters and negotiations."
