Topics include: Legal Requirements including e-filing and e-paying with Employment Development Department (EDD), Market Analysis, Cost Analysis, Funding Your Small Business, and Overview of the Business Plan - bringing it all together. You will learn the legal requirements for starting a business, how to assess your market, and plan for direction, how to obtain funding, the types of funding available, how to calculate your start-up costs, and best practice for completing a business plan.
