DESCRIPTION:At Curves we believe Strength Training saves lives! Join us for a free\, quick informational event to learn about the benefits and effects of Strength Training at Curves. It's never too late to start a fun\, fast\, safe and effective exercise program. At Curves a Coach is always included. Our trained Coaches are ready to help you set and reach your fitness goals.\n\nOur Strength Training Festival runs from September 4th through October 19th. For more information about all of our events during the Festival see our Calendar item titled Curves Strength Training Festival or like our Facebook page and look for our events at facebook.com/curvesparadiseca.\n\nThis event starts with check in and meet and greet at 11 and a quick informational group discussion from 11:15 - 11:30 am. Then\, if you'd like more information or to sign up right there our coaches will be ready to meet with you. If you aren't available this day we will have another Informational Event on Monday September 24th from 5-5:30pm.\n\nDon't miss the opportunity to join Curves during our Festival where the first 30 join for just $1*!
