In the spirit of the strong Halloween history at the TARC\, PRPD staff are excited to offer our traditional activities along with a few new ones to keep your youngsters engaged in the fun. \n\nHow- Dress up in your favorite Halloween Costume\, bring a bag or bucket for candy\, and enjoy this free event full of fun activities OR register to be one of the community partners that helps us bring the traditional trick or treat experience to the children on the Ridge - sign up to host a BOOTH along the trick or treat pathway at the Terry Ashe Center!
