To make an appointment\, visit donors.vitalant.org/dwp/portal/dwa. Donors must be at least 16 years old\, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. Participants should eat within 2 hours of their appointment and drink plenty of water. They should also bring their ID   something with their name and one of the following: date of birth\, donor ID number or photo.
