Here are the offerings as well as the country of origin: Breakfast from Russia at 8:00 a.m. in our dining room  Blini (Russian Pancakes) with fruit compote Morning Snacks from Greece at the Bistro  Baklava Snacks from Germany in Life Guidance at 10:30 a.m.   Bavarian Pretzels Dinner from Mexico in both dining rooms at noon  Chicken Enchiladas\, black beans and rice with Tortilla Soup Afternoon Snacks at the Bistro from Italy   Italian Cheese Sticks Snacks from Spain in Life Guidance at 2:30 p.m.   Tapas (small plate) Chunky Guacamole w/chips Heart-2-Heart Happy Hour at 3:30 p.m. in the activity room featuring foods from France   Brie Cups\, Liver Pate with crackers and served with sparkling wine Supper from the Caribbean served in both Dining Rooms at 5:00 p.m.  Cuban Sandwiches and Sopa de Pollo (Chicken Soup)
