DESCRIPTION:Astronomy on the Lake:  Kayaking\n\nCalling all Kayakers and explorers of the universe! \n\nWho- Kayakers of all ages\, we invite you to join Paradise Recreation and Park District for a evening on Paradise Lake.\n\nWhat- Kayakers will enjoy a susnet paddle on Paradise Lake followed by a star tour presented by Scott Amick M.A.\n\nWhere- Paradise Lake\, North Lake Access/Boat Launch\, Please select this link to get directions through Google Maps\n\nWhen- May 20th\, 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm\n\nWhy- The ambient light polution at Paradise Lake is nearly non-existant after the sun goes down\, which is a site to see in itself! Paradise Lake is beautiful at dusk and continues to treat participants to an amazing view of the stars - so we combined the two - kayaking followed by stargazing. \n\nHow- Grab or rent(an option for renting a kayak will be prsented during registration) a kayak then head to Paradise Lake\, boat launch #2.  You can register by clicking this link\, it is live! This event is $25 per person. \n\nWant to skip the kayaking and head straight to the Astronomy?
